We look forward to inspiring you!

We’re excited to gather our community again this spring to celebrate Life Lab’s vision and work. We’ve been significantly expanding our local school programs to support inspiring learning experiences for children all across Santa Cruz County, and our national leadership work has taken off in new ways, too! The Brunch is a great time to hear the latest on our work and be part of our vital local community of support that makes it possible. Other communities across the nation look to us as leaders in this movement, so your support for our local programs not only helps more than 5,000 local children, it also touches the lives of millions of kids across the U.S. The Brunch also kicks off Life Lab celebrating our 40th anniversary: that’s right, we’ve been changing the nature of education since 1979! Please join us!

We wanted to let you know that we are aware of a chance of rain showers on Sunday. The brunch will go on rain or shine, and we have a large indoor space to get cozy and drink tea and coffee in before the brunch starts–please don’t let the rain stop you from coming!

Terry had another awesome two weeks at Life Lab. I think he learns more there than in any other part of his year. School is great, but he’s passionate (and often dogmatic) about what he learns there.
