Cultivating Community: Volunteers Refresh the Life Lab Garden Classroom
March 2025
On a sunny Saturday in March, community members came together for Volunteer Day at the Life Lab Garden Classroom, working to improve the space for kids to explore, learn, and connect with nature. With hands in the soil and a shared passion for the garden, volunteers cleared overgrown vines, cut back cover crops, refreshed planting beds, and revitalized the space in preparation for summer camp.
Thanks to their efforts, children this summer will immerse themselves in hands-on garden adventures—planting seeds, singing songs, and discovering the magic of nature. This collective act of care and collaboration keeps the Life Lab Garden Classroom a thriving space for curiosity and growth.
A heartfelt thank you to all our volunteers!
