This May, we hosted the Santa Cruz Area School Food and Garden Tour. It was a joyful, inspiring day that highlighted the vibrant school gardens of Gault, Del Mar, and Gateway schools and the Live Oak School District Farm. From strawberry tastings and student-led cooking to solar-baked apples and garden-based teaching, each stop showcased the power of hands-on learning and fresh, local food.
